Tracking & Delivery

You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number on our Track Shipment page. Real-time updates are available 24/7 showing the current location and status of your package.

Shipment statuses include: Pending (order received), Collected (picked up from sender), In Transit (moving between hubs), At Hub (at processing facility), Out for Delivery (with delivery agent), and Delivered.

Shipping & Rates

Shipping costs are based on chargeable weight (the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight), origin and destination countries, service type selected, and any applicable surcharges.

Volumetric weight is calculated as (Length x Width x Height) / 5000 in centimeters. If this exceeds the actual weight, the volumetric weight is used for pricing.

Customs & Documentation

For international shipments, you typically need a commercial invoice, packing list, and depending on the contents, certificates of origin, export licenses, or other regulatory documents.

Account & Billing

Invoices are automatically generated and sent to your registered email address. You can also download and print invoices directly from your customer portal.
